Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the jlll website accessible at jlll.io and any associated mobile-optimised interface, including all casino games, sportsbook, payment pages, and account management areas.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered a jlll account or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player and held in the Player's Account, which may be wagered or withdrawn subject to these terms.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins, or cashback awards granted by jlll, which are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to a Real Money Balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before a Bonus Balance becomes eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x).
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and address verification process required by jlll before processing withdrawals or investigating account disputes.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to online gambling services is legally restricted. Players are solely responsible for determining whether accessing jlll is lawful in their jurisdiction.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond jlll's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government orders, cyberattacks, or telecommunications failures, that prevents or delays jlll from fulfilling its obligations.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing the jlll registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the jlll Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these terms by reference.

If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these terms (see Section 15) constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain a jlll account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your account:

1. You are at least 21 years of age.
2. You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity).
3. You are accessing the Platform from Bangladesh or another jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of gambling in your jurisdiction.
4. You are not accessing the Platform as an agent, employee, or contractor of jlll or of any game provider or payment partner operating on the Platform.
5. You have not previously had a jlll account that was closed for fraud, bonus abuse, collusion, or any other breach of these terms.
6. You are not subject to a self-exclusion order — whether imposed by you voluntarily through the jlll responsible gaming tools or imposed by jlll — that remains in force.
7. You are of sound mind and not acting under the influence of substances that impair your judgment.

jlll reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the timeframe specified by jlll may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.

Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on jlll. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using a third party's name, identity, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including Real Money Balances.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your Account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details as they appear on your national identity documents. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account closure.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity conducted from your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until such time as you notify jlll of any suspected unauthorised access via the support email.

4.4 KYC Verification

jlll may require you to complete KYC verification before processing a withdrawal or at any point jlll reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation. KYC documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, utility bill, or bank statement. Documents must be current, legible, and in your legal name. jlll may request notarised or certified copies if the originals are deemed insufficient. jlll aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 48 hours of receiving all required documents.

Deposits

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jlll currently accepts deposits via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT (cryptocurrency). Additional payment methods may be added or removed at jlll's discretion with notice provided on the Platform.

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit is ৳100. The maximum single deposit and daily deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. jlll reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time, including applying tighter limits to accounts that trigger responsible gaming flags.

5.3 Processing Time

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your Real Money Balance in real time under normal operating conditions. Card and USDT deposits may take up to 15 minutes to confirm depending on network conditions. jlll is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5.4 Currency

All balances on jlll are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Deposits made in foreign currencies are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to BDT equivalent at the spot rate confirmed at the time of deposit. Exchange rate fluctuations are not grounds for reversal of a completed deposit.

5.5 Deposit Ownership

You confirm that all funds deposited into your jlll Account are free from criminal origin and are lawfully yours to use. jlll reserves the right to report suspicious deposit patterns to relevant authorities as required by applicable anti-money-laundering regulations.

Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit into your Account (the "source of funds" rule). You cannot withdraw to a different bKash number than the one you used to deposit, for example. This rule is in place to prevent money laundering and is strictly enforced.

6.2 Processing Time

jlll targets a withdrawal processing time of 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals following approval. Withdrawals requiring KYC review may take up to 48 hours. Card and USDT withdrawals may take up to 5 business days depending on the recipient's financial institution. Processing times are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by force majeure events.

6.3 Minimum & Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply based on account verification level and are displayed in the cashier. VIP players at Gold and Platinum tier are subject to enhanced withdrawal limits as set out in the VIP Programme terms.

6.4 Bonus Wagering Conditions

Any Bonus Balance credited to your Account must meet its applicable Wagering Requirement before the resulting winnings can be transferred to your Real Money Balance and subsequently withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw a balance that includes unconverted Bonus Balance will result in the Bonus Balance portion being forfeited.

6.5 Account Closure Withdrawals

If you choose to close your Account, any remaining verified Real Money Balance (net of active bonuses) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional credits issued by jlll are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonus amounts must be wagered at least 30 times (30x) before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering contribution of different game types is as follows: slots — 100%; live casino table games — 10%; virtual sports — 20%; sports betting — 20%; Keno and Kalaka Bingo — 50%. These contribution rates are subject to change and will be updated in the individual promotion terms.

7.3 Bonus Validity Period

Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within 14 calendar days of the bonus being credited, unless a different validity period is stated in the specific promotion. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is met are forfeited without exception.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

jlll employs active monitoring for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets (e.g., betting on both sides of a market) to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, using automated betting systems, and colluding with other players. If jlll determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, jlll reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel all winnings derived from bonuses, suspend or permanently close the Account, and recover any amounts already withdrawn that were derived from abuse.

7.5 Seasonal Promotions

jlll may run seasonal promotions during periods such as BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Ramadan, and Victory Day. Participation in any seasonal promotion is voluntary. Each promotion will carry its own full terms and conditions, which will be published on the Platform prior to the promotion's start date.

Game Rules & Fair Play

8.1 Game Availability

jlll reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any game from its library at any time without prior notice. Game availability may vary based on geographic restrictions imposed by individual game providers. jlll does not guarantee that any specific game will be available at any specific time.

8.2 RNG Certification

All casino games offered on jlll are sourced from providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, whose random number generators are independently audited and certified for fairness. jlll does not alter the RTP (Return to Player) percentages set by game providers. Certified RTP values are available within individual game information panels.

8.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error, jlll reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and return the wagered amount to the Player's Real Money Balance. This applies to all casino games and sports betting markets. Malfunctions void all pays and plays. jlll's decision regarding the outcome of a technical malfunction is final.

8.4 Sports Betting Settlement

Cricket and other sports betting markets are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, BCCI). In-play markets are settled as of the final result at the time the market closed. jlll reserves the right to void any bet where a pricing error or data feed failure has materially affected the odds offered.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlll platform. Breach of any of the following will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on jlll.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials.
• Attempting to access jlll using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology designed to mask your true geographic location.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other software that interacts with the Platform without human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in jlll games or platform systems.
• Colluding with other players in any live casino table game or poker-format game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering or depositing funds of criminal origin.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jlll customer support staff or other players.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the Platform or adversely affects other players' experience.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute a deposit after those funds have been wagered on the Platform.

Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Suspension by jlll

jlll reserves the right to suspend any Account at any time, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or where required to do so for regulatory compliance. During a suspension, the Player's ability to deposit, wager, and withdraw will be restricted. jlll will investigate the circumstances and notify the Player of its findings within a reasonable timeframe.

10.2 Permanent Closure by jlll

jlll may permanently close an Account where a breach of these terms is confirmed, where the Player is found to be ineligible, or where jlll determines in its sole discretion that maintaining the Account is contrary to its operational, legal, or responsible gaming obligations. Upon permanent closure for breach, all balances — including Real Money Balances — may be forfeited at jlll's sole discretion following investigation.

10.3 Closure by Player

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting jlll support at the email address listed on this site. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's registered payment method, subject to KYC completion and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements.

Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of jlll.

The jlll name, logo, and brand elements are trademarks of jlll. Unauthorised use of jlll trademarks is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jlll's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jlll is not liable for any of the following losses, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenues, winnings, or business opportunities.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from the Player's failure to comply with these terms.
• Losses caused by third-party payment processors, mobile financial services (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay), or network providers.
• Any adverse tax consequences arising from winnings received on the Platform.

Nothing in these terms shall limit jlll's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Privacy & Data Protection

jlll collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to jlll processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jlll does not sell personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, fraud detection services, and regulatory bodies where required by law. All data sharing arrangements are governed by data processing agreements that impose appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

Players resident in Bangladesh have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data held by jlll, subject to jlll's legal and regulatory data retention obligations. Such requests should be directed to the support email address listed on this Platform.

Amendments to These Terms

jlll reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jlll will publish the updated terms on this page with a revised effective date and, where practicable, notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 10.3. jlll recommends that Players review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a Player and jlll, both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct negotiation in the first instance. Players should submit any complaint or dispute in writing to the jlll support email address. jlll will acknowledge all written complaints within 5 business days and aims to resolve disputes within 30 days of acknowledgement.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitrator. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this section prevents a Player from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their immediate legal interests pending arbitration.
